Château Mercian Iwasaki Koshu

A dry, barrel-fermented and barrel-aged Koshu from the Iwasaki district of Katsunuma, grown by the families of Masanari Takano and Ryuken Tsuchiya, pioneers of Japanese winemaking. It was released in 2017.
